1. Do not upload content that violates laws or third-party rights.
2. Do not download, reproduce, transmit, resell, or publicly use TexDx content without permission.
3. Avoid modifying, reverse engineering, or attempting to access source code or content.
4. Do not engage in activities that disrupt or harm TexDx services, including cyber-attacks, cheating, or bulk registrations.
5. Do not upload commercial or embedded advertising content.
6. Do not engage in activities that compromise network security, such as hacking, creating viruses, or stealing passwords.
If you engage in any prohibited behavior, you will be held liable and may be required to indemnify TexDx for related damages.

Third-Party Payment Services

1. TexDx’s service fees are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Green World Fintech, Neweb Technologies, LINE Pay). Each provider operates independently, and you should review their terms and conditions. Any disputes or issues with payments are between you and the third-party provider, and TexDx is not liable for payment-related issues.

Invoice Issuance

TexDx will issue invoices for services such as cloud storage space and membership access.

Intellectual Property Rights

Service Changes or Termination

By registering with TexDx, you accept a 14-day free trial of the A Plan. If no subscription is purchased within 14 days, you will only have access to limited features. TexDx may terminate or suspend your account at its discretion, including for underuse or breach of terms. We may delete your account and content upon termination.

No Guarantee Disclaimer

TexDx makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, or availability of its services. We are not liable for damages related to service interruptions, content modifications, user disputes, or unauthorized use of accounts.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved by the Taipei District Court. If any provision is invalid under Chinese law, the remaining provisions will still apply. The headings in this policy are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
